• Our changeover day is Friday, but during the winter months, we try to be flexible if we can, just ask
• We are happy to accept short breaks (apart from July & August or during other school holidays); minimum three nights (minimum £300 per stay). Our tariff ranges from £394 low season to £851 per week in peak season
• We accept up to two well behaved dogs at an additional cost of £15 per dog
• Sorry, but we are unable to accept smokers in the cottage (although you can smoke in the Courtyard garden – strictly no smoking only outside the cottage)
• The cottage is available from 3pm on the arrival date until 10.00am on the departure date
• We are happy to reserve a date for 4 days pending payment of your deposit of 30%, (with final payment due within 45 days of your holiday). Provisional bookings made less than 45 days from the start of a booking will only be held for 24 hours pending full payment
• If the date you would like is highlighted as a provisional booking, please do not assume that this date is unavailable. Please get in touch, we can notify you when a provisional booking expires
